Friendly easy process dropping off car. Picking up your car, that's always a confusing process and there usually isn't anyone around to help. Maybe have better signage and a pick-up stand with someone to a car, that's always a confusing process and there usually isn't anyone around to help. They asked us to schedule an appointment to address warrantee issues with the emissions, which we did on Thursday at 9 AM. When the car was brought in, we were told that the car would not be even look warrantee issues with the emissions, which we did on Thursday at 9 AM. When the car was brought in, we were told that the car would not be even looked at for several days. Not sure why we were asked to schedule an appointment if they were not going to look at the car. The car was kept for 7 days and we were only contacted as a reply from the service depart after we would initiate and inquire about the status. I also asked the service department to look at a light that was out. This was not done until after we were told that are car was complete and it seemed to be an after thought of the service department. The cost was extremely inflated and the response from the service depart, via text was abrupt and rude. I asked the service department to call me instead of texting which they did not do. More
