I made an appt 5 days ahead for a Tuesday 9:45am. By 4pm I hadn’t heard any news so I text and was told they were still waiting on a diagnosis. I heard back on Wednesday at 2pm that I needed a software upda I hadn’t heard any news so I text and was told they were still waiting on a diagnosis. I heard back on Wednesday at 2pm that I needed a software update for an Ambient Temperature Fault ($345) and a new battery ($585). I thought these prices were extremely high and Amie then reduced it to ($296 & 486) … The car was ready on Thursday afternoon. I think the prices are still too high, you shouldn’t need to negotiate a service price and it shouldn’t have taken 2.5 days to change a battery with an appointment…. More
