Having an appointment makes no difference, which doesn’t make any sense. I had an appointment at 9 am for a simple oil change. After waiting for 3 hours in the waiting room, I checked with the front desk to ask how much longer they needed (I had to work in the afternoon), and they said they didn’t know, but at least 1 more hour. I told them I had an appointment for 9 am and they said it doesn’t matter because we all go to the same line with people without appointment. So what is the point of making an appointment then? I can’t spend 5 hours sitting there just for an oil change. So I asked for my key back and left. More

My dealer Shawn really worked hard for me and you can tell he enjoys his job. He was kind and patient and tried to meet me halfway in everything. I even commented how I can tell this job gives him genuin tell he enjoys his job. He was kind and patient and tried to meet me halfway in everything. I even commented how I can tell this job gives him genuine fulfillment and it’s not just sales. The two people in financing that helped me have been so patient and understanding as well. Sherzad was very patient while I was deciding what to do and Farahad was super understanding and accommodating. They too really tried to meet me halfway so I’m not eating noodles for 10 yrs just to financially recover. This is the first time I’m doing a non used purchase for a car. I saved a lot for this and as someone who started with only the clothes on her back (literally) to have dealers and folks in finance really try to support me on this, it’s a wonderful thing. I didn’t feel taken advantaged of or anything like that just for a sale. Also, the person who helped me when I sold my old car to pacific Honda was so kind and patient with explaining to me what I’m signing for AND what I should keep just in case I get anything in the mail because it wasn’t updated yet somewhere that I already sold my car (Thanks Stephen!) I truly appreciate the four wonderful people there. Ps: folks in finance needs more love and nod. They work so hard and long hours. I will definitely sing about this dealership to everyone I know. I am not one to write poor reviews, but I was deeply disappointed by my experience at Pacific Honda. I turned in my vehicle early and was given a great rate, however was promised by Alex upon day of sig disappointed by my experience at Pacific Honda. I turned in my vehicle early and was given a great rate, however was promised by Alex upon day of signing that any future lease payments pulled from my account would be credited back to me as the car would now belong to them. I left my car on the spot and even had a witness in the signing of documents. My lease payment was pulled from my account, and after many phone calls to Honda and 15 failed attempts at being connected with their “business office” no one ever addressed the matter. I felt taken advantage of by the dealership and sad that not only did they not keep their word, but refused to address my issue. One of their employees, Stephen, responded to me many times but never actually helped me solve the issue. I now am taking them to small claims court as I have all documentation to prove I was not the owner of the vehicle at the time money was taken to my account and that I have tried everything I could to be reimbursed. I have been a Honda driver for a decade but this has turned me away from the Company completely. More
