We purchased an oil change/tire rotation package when we bought our car. After taking the car in a few times for oil changes and tire rotation we started noticing the ware on the tires not wearing evenly. W bought our car. We specifically asked them to rotate the tires on the next visit because we didn’t think they were doing it based on the tires. We marked the tires before taking it in and when we picked it up they didn’t rotate the tires. We had to wait again to have the tires rotated. They also had to ask how we wanted the tires rotated. We took it in this last time for oil change and tire rotation. We specifically asked again to rotate the tires. After several hours I had to reach out about the status. Shortly after someone called and said it was ready. When we got there they didn’t rotate the tires again. This time they said it was because there was a nail in one of the tires. Which really has nothing to do with rotation. My husband asked why they didn’t tell us this on the phone. Then he lied and said no one answered. I did answer the phone and even if I didn’t a voicemail should have been left stating the car was done and any other important information. It’s so frustrating that I now have unevenly worn tires because they never preformed a service we were paying for. And the one time they did it they needed instruction on the rotation pattern. I would never recommend anyone to Honda service. More

The service center repeatedly gives me different information depending on who I talk to, tries to overcharge me until I ask questions and generally has very poor customer service skills. I appreciate the effort by Erick, Service Advisor, and especially Jason, Manager, for my Accord repair. I bought my vehicle at PH, and it has only been serviced by PH (why would I go anywhere else?).
