However, he clearly never read any of them because I approved the work, and it still wasn’t done. What’s the point of having an appointment or using technology if you’re just going to ignore them. If you are understaffed you need to set proper expectations or at a minimum return the clients calls/text. More

With his pleasant modulated voice, he guided me through the proven test drive route around the neighborhood streets and freeways It was an unusually busy Sunday so the finance department was busy, but my mother and I weren't bored as Alan was very polite to offer coffee, sprang for some needed candy bars and social conversation while we regained our energy and waited our turn to sign paperwork. He followed up the next day with a phone call as well. 5 stars. More

My appointment was at 7:30am and everyone was friendly and time efficient. The advisor was able to answer what an A127 consisted of and what they’d be looking at but I opted for just an oil change due to and time efficient.
