Customer service staff are uninformed and poorly trained. I got four different answers for how long my car would be there. I was told you had courtesy cars but then when I was there they said not on Thursday I got four different answers for how long my car would be there. I was told you had courtesy cars but then when I was there they said not on Thursdays. I came FOUR times to appointments that never took place. When I did have an appt. I was on time and still waited 30 minutes while the employees (5 of them) were talking about one car and had “chants” to yell when they did something. We just sat.The service and experience was terrible and I would never recommend Pacific to anyone. The ONLY person who was competent and seemed to care was John Abiao.He saw what a mess it was and very pleasantly did everything he could to get my car serviced. He is a golden employee and deserves to work in a quality shop. More
