This was my second time bringing in my Civic Type R in for an oil change with Pacific Honda and I couldn’t be any happier with their team. Scheduled a test drive appointment by email, confirming in advance the specific manual-transmission cars I wanted to drive. My rep was 15 minutes late to the appointment, then handed me off to another sale in advance the specific manual-transmission cars I wanted to drive. My rep was 15 minutes late to the appointment, then handed me off to another salesperson who had not been briefed and couldn’t answer basic questions about the vehicles. After all of that, I was told the dealership does not permit test drives of any manual-transmission cars — a policy that was never mentioned across multiple email exchanges specifically about driving manual cars. If that’s the policy, it takes one sentence in a reply to say so and saves the customer a wasted trip. The floor was disorganized beyond my own appointment. Another customer with a scheduled trade-in appraisal was waiting on a buyer who wasn’t working that day. Staff were either idle at their desks or visibly scrambling. I went elsewhere and had no trouble driving manual cars at other stores the same weekend. Would not recommend. More

I have been bringing my CRV Hybrid to Pacific Honda for a couple of years: regular service and some warranty work. Friendly, reasonably responsive staff. Service seems good/complete. As soon as I hit 163 N, tire pressure low warning came on. I went home and checked the pressure.? Driver side both at 36psi, ok. Passenger side both 33.5, too low. Added air to all 4 tires to 37.5 and leaks stopped. Reported this by text and asked how to turn off “tire pressure too low warning”. It was a week ago, still no answer. More
