Not a lot of communication at this dealership. Scheduled a car repair due to recalled parts a week prior to my appointment. Dropped my car off and was informed it would not be ready until the end of the day or possibly the next morning. I arrived the next morning after returning my rental and was then told no work had been done on my car as they did not have to parts to complete the recall/warranty repair. Not sure why the part was not available after I scheduled the appointment with the warranty department a week prior. Ended up waiting for 6 hours at the dealership as my 24 hr courtesy rental was already returned. Had I been informed that the necessary part was not in stock and had to be ordered, I could have came back to the dealership the next day so that my car would not have to be kept overnight at the dealership with no work being completed.
