I was disappointed to get an email 8 days after having my car in for routine service telling me that I needs to have my brakes serviced soon. This was my first VW lease experience and Chris Estrada was incredibly helpful. He answered ALL of my questions and walked me through every option, even trying to hunt down the elusive trim line for the ca was incredibly helpful. Omg....what a great place!! I visited multiple places, but this place is the bomb! I was lined to Chris Estrada, this turned out to be a blessing. He is a great guy, does not push or sell xx.... He knows but this place is the bomb! I was lined to Chris Estrada, this turned out to be a blessing. He is a great guy, does not push or sell xx.... He knows his cars and is very respectful. The other staff members are great as well. Also the last step (upstairs in the finance room) was a pleasant step without any odd or uncomfortable moments. Thank you VW team and especially Chris. Within the next month, I reached back out because I wanted to remove the GAP insurance from by contract because I found a better rate elsewhere. Took two emails and a few days of continuously calling the dealership over the course of nearly a month before I finally got ahold of their Finance Manager, Fred. To his defense, Fred was out on vacation. Understandable. But, it was frustrating that the other people I spoke with who said they would give him the message apparently did not, as Fred had no prior knowledge of my reaching out until I complained to their FB page. Also, when I spoke with Chris on the phone, it didn't seem like he remembered who I was, even after I gave him my name, and didn't ask or have any interest on how things were going with my purchase... I get this may not be a big deal to most people, but when I compare that to when I leased my Mercedes a few years ago, Mercedes was very attentive before, during AND after I finalized my lease, which is why I cannot give Pacific VW a full 5 star review. Nevertheless, I wouldn't necessarily let this prevent me from recommending Pacific VW in the future, I just wish the same level of attentiveness would have been present even after I made my purchase. More
