He gave me some wonderful advice and recommendations to improve my credit score and 9 months later, I came in again to work with Roy and I was able to purchase a long needed minivan for my family. The staff is friendly and courteous but above all, Roy took a genuine interest in helping me. There aren't many people in this world that would go out of their way, but Roy certainly did for me.
