One of the best new care buying experiences I've ever had I prefaced my visit to Pacifico with a statement that I didn't want to be sold to, pressured, or harassed in the process of buying my new 2016 Hyundai I prefaced my visit to Pacifico with a statement that I didn't want to be sold to, pressured, or harassed in the process of buying my new 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport with both the tech and premium option packages. I had done my diligence through TrueCar.com and had already owned the same vehicle with the same options in the 2015 year (at least until my son totaled the car in an accident earlier that week). My father was being placed in hospice care that weekend and I didn't have the time or the patience for sales games. Sales Manager Jerry DeMary greeted me warmly, listened to my terms, and connected me with sales person Reginald Jefferson. Mr. Jefferson respected my time and intelligence. He treated me with a straightforwardness that surprised me. He was every bit the professional, answering my questions, and helping me through the sales process.
