I always receive excellent service when I come to you! I also felt, from the e-mail that encouraged me to come in, I was to receive some bonus discounts for the advertisement of which I did not receive. I love my car and appreciate the service, so now if I'm treated fairly-properly and honestly when I'm invoiced for payment, my respect and appreciation for the company will be even greater than my wholeheartedly fulfillment I have now!!! We know that of course it would cost more at Pacifico comparing to other auto repair shops but we trust Pacifico who know our car and would do a proper knowledgeable maintenance on it. The nice and clean waiting room (with beverage and Philly pretzel) also a plus while I waited for my car. Stepp Steven was super nice and kept me updated thru out my wait! More
