Love my Sonata! I usually don't write reviews but since I used them to aid in my car search and my experience turned out to be such a good one I thought I'd pass the I usually don't write reviews but since I used them to aid in my car search and my experience turned out to be such a good one I thought I'd pass the message along to anyone looking for a great place and salesman to buy a car and you won't leave feeling like you just made the biggest mistake of your life. I honestly had the best experience and felt the most comfortable doing business with Reggie (Reginald Jefferson) at Pacifico Hyundai. Right from the beginning I felt like he was the most honest and direct car salesman I had met so far. I never got the stereotypical salesman pitch from him and because some of the features I wanted were out of the price range I wanted to be in on the newer models Reggie did some research and found me a gently used car that had low mileage and all the features I was looking for. On the day that I went to look at the car and possibly purchase it I had a few unforeseen issues arise, I can honestly say Reggie really worked for me that day, anything I wasn't happy or comfortable with he did whatever he could to make me happy and comfortable. I did about a months research and visited quite a few dealerships so I know everything Reggie did to help get me in that car was not what the the typical salesman would do. His genuineness, honesty and hard work has earned a lifelong customer in me. All the people that I came across in my 3 visits to Pacifico Hyundai were really nice and helpful but Reggie is the guy that I've been recommending people to go see. I promise you won't be disappointed!!! More

Thank God, and Jodi, I finally got a car!! I'm a woman and like to shop like all of us, but the last thing I'd want to do is shop for a car (on my own.) It's worse than trying on bathing suits:) However, it was time to put Old Betsy, my 1994 Toyota Corolla, down to rest and bite the bullet. And the fact that I was looking at as many cars as shoes in my closet just made this task even more dreadful. Thank God for Jodi, my salesperson! After going to a number of other dealerships, my stress level was through the roof, but Jodi brought it home. She made my experience from beginning to end so easy and so pleasant, I thought, 'this is too good to be true.' Jodi shoots from the hip, doesn't sugar coat anything, and tells it like is, and all that adds up to one caring and honest salesperson; one you can trust. I walked away with a used 2009 Ford Focus, and I love it. The vehicle, price, and the salesperson could not have been better. The only regret I have is not stopping at Pacifico Mazda first, because then I would have avoided all the crap and stress I got from previous dealerships and salespeople.
