Pacifico Hyundai shoud be voted Dealership of the Year 2014 and in Philadelphia Magazine. Their staff is nothing less than amazing. I expected The Pacifico Dealership has definitely exceeded my expectations. It's been over 8 years since I walked into a dealership to purchase a car. I expected the worse. I found the vehicle I was interested in online and I just wanted to go in and kick the tires. After meeting my salesman, Reginald Jefferson, I immediately felt comfortable with him as well as the dealership in general. Reginald worked out of the Hyundai Store and he was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful. I decided to take the car for a test ride and I was hooked. I had always wanted a Ford Mustang and I loved the look and feel of this model. Reginald walked me through the entire process of agreeing to the purchase price and getting the value I was happy with for my trade with ease and without any pressure. I went to just look at this car and ended up leaving the dealership with a 2010 Ford Mustang feeling like I was 16 years old all over again. Thanks Reggie and the entire staff at Pacifico for a job well done!! As a side note, after driving the car for a couple of days, I had some concerns about loud noises coming from the front end(suspension) area. I notified George Clark and he immediately addressed my concerns, made an appointment for me in the Ford Service Department and resolved the issues. I would definitely recommend Pacifico to friends and family members. When the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle, I will make my way back to Pacifico for my needs. I honestly had the best experience and felt the most comfortable doing business with Reggie (Reginald Jefferson) at Pacifico Hyundai. Right from the beginning I felt like he was the most honest and direct car salesman I had met so far. I never got the stereotypical salesman pitch from him and because some of the features I wanted were out of the price range I wanted to be in on the newer models Reggie did some research and found me a gently used car that had low mileage and all the features I was looking for. On the day that I went to look at the car and possibly purchase it I had a few unforeseen issues arise, I can honestly say Reggie really worked for me that day, anything I wasn't happy or comfortable with he did whatever he could to make me happy and comfortable. I did about a months research and visited quite a few dealerships so I know everything Reggie did to help get me in that car was not what the the typical salesman would do. His genuineness, honesty and hard work has earned a lifelong customer in me. All the people that I came across in my 3 visits to Pacifico Hyundai were really nice and helpful but Reggie is the guy that I've been recommending people to go see. I promise you won't be disappointed!!! More
