Gregory is top notch I've been a happy Pacifico customer for 4 years. This is due to my original purchase going well, my car having been reliable, and how regular service I've been a happy Pacifico customer for 4 years. This is due to my original purchase going well, my car having been reliable, and how regular service is as seamless as possible. (Cliff is beyond awesome.) I began to consider trading in my car for a compact SUV for some extra room. I inquired and got in touch with Gregory. I told him what I was considering and he took care of everything to see what could be done for me. In the end, I was given a great trade-in figure for my car and a great price on the new vehicle. Greg kept me informed the entire time, was never pushy, and is genuinely a good guy. It's nice to deal with pleasant people you can trust. Cliff and Greg are superb representatives of the Pacifico brand. More

Excellent Honorable Service My experience with Pacifico Hyundai was great, honorable and respectful. I visited Pacifico Hyundai 6 months ago. At the time I didn't qualify for a v My experience with Pacifico Hyundai was great, honorable and respectful. I visited Pacifico Hyundai 6 months ago. At the time I didn't qualify for a vehicle. A sales representative told me that if I had a certain amount of money that they would work with me. Before returning 6 months later (April 2014) I had visited another car dealer in Montgomeryville. Needless to say the experience was horrible. It was a worthless 45 minute trip with no courtesy call that the vehicle I was interested in had went out for a recall. The next morning I got up and headed to Pacifico Hyundai. I was greeted by a wonderful personality by the name of Jodi Delia. She was very friendly, respectful, informative, business wise and positive. Most of all I loved the fact that after introducing herself and extending a hand shake to me she told me she was a "GODLY WOMAN." Something that me feel very comfortable and trusting at that moment. I told her what I was told previously. Very honorably she said, "alright let's get you into vehicle." My first interest was a 2010 Hyundai Tucson, test drove it. My credit didn't go through for that. Jodi showed me a 2010 Ford Escape, test drove it. I was kinda okay with it, not completely satisfied. My credit didn't go through for that either. She then Jodi showed me a 2007 GMC Envoy. It had just come in that day. Yet the vinyl and leather interior was great for the year and intact. At first I really wasn't liking it but I heard her start it up and it was quiet. She explained all of the specifications of the vehicle to me including the perks. So, we talked and I made that vehicle my choice to finance. Before I forget I appreciate Pacifico giving me a courtesy rental for the weekend. Thanks :) That Monday I came in to pick up my new (to me) used 2007 GMC Envoy. I must say your staff did an excellent job detailing her. This vehicle has definitely changed my mind about what I originally wanted. I love my new used GMC!! "Lady Plush" is what I call her. She drives great in the city and handles very well on the wide open road. I love the safety features and the slightly privacy windows in the rear. My plan was to trade in my 2003 Chevy Impala as I did. Get a newer vehicle and trade it in after two years just to get into the Hyundai Tucson. Now that I have Lady Plush there's no way i'm trading her in. She will be my first of many vehicles i've had that I will pay off. And maybe, just maybe give to my daughter as a late college gift. Cynthia Crum worked with me over the internet and Jason Oquendo finished the sale with us by providing all the details of our new car. Going over each option and button in the car, making sure we knew all the features and how to work them. Jason also spent time going over all of the warranty as well as setting up our Blue Link internet connection. Jason also provided us with a tour of the building so that we would know where to locate the service area and introduced us to the service manager. This was a great experience. It was a rainy dismal day and we came in with books and an IPad to help us make it through a long boring wait. During the wait we were approached by a lovely woman named Kelly. She asked that if anyone who had an older model would be interested in looking at a brand new vehicle. To my surprise my husband jumped up to say sure. From this point we became introduced to Jodi Delia in sales. She took us under her wing and was so amazing. Jodi doesn't sell cars as a typical car sales person. Her knowledge is impressive, her enthusiasm is infectious and she truly looked out for our best interests. Working in a male dominated profession, Jodi rises to the top and kicks the pants off any male car sales person that I've ever met. We came away from the experience with a great car at a great price and a brand new friend named Jodi. More

Even though the participating dealership is only obligated to honor the truecar price of cars on the lot, Lamont at Pacifico located the exact car I wanted, brought it in and still honored the price. The first dealership I went to honored the price, but then tried to nickle and dime me for other "extras". Pacifico also worked w/ the bank to get me the best interest rate they could. I would definitely recommend Pacifico Hyundia. More
