I rate this dealship high because of the excellent customer service. Andrew was a great car salesman. He was friendly and very knowledgable. He never seemed frustrated, took his time and really had a lot of patiences with me. He went over everything in detail and when I left the dealership I was 95% satisfied with my purchase. I have had my car for 2 weeks now and I have received at least 4 follow-up calls from Andrew. In addition, I had to return to the dealship to have my key programmed to my car. Andrew arranged everything. He told me to be there at 8:30 and he advised me that it may be a while and that a shuttle could be provided to take me to work, pick me up and bring me back to get my car. Well I brought my car in at 8:30 a.m., the shuttle was supposed to pick me up at 9 and before the shuttle could even get to me, my car was finished being serviced. So, I was very pleased with the turn around time by the service department. Overall it was a good experience at Pacifico. More

After a sad experience trying to purchase a car from Springfield, I was set to go buy a used Nissan from my next door neighbor. While checking out online about good prices for it I found Pacifico by a Springfield, I was set to go buy a used Nissan from my next door neighbor. While checking out online about good prices for it I found Pacifico by accident. Figuring it couldn't hurt to try one more dealership I stoppedby after work about 7:30. Walking in only about an hour before closing , I was expecting to be rushed. Was I wrong ! Andrew ,from the second we walked in treated me with kindness. Tired, but smiling and patient he took me on two test drives and found "my Elantra". Michelle was so awesome too. Fast and efficient. They sent me home with their tags and I came back next day to finish signing. I would say to anyone to give them a shot...especially the women who can't stand condescending sales men. Thx Pacifico !!! More

I must start with the dealership...Very Very Very Nice. Joe came out to welcome my wife and I. I think he took notice that we didn't want to be rushed and needed to take in the inventory. Upon return he explained the car in full detail which most we already knew so it was refreshing to hear honest talk for a change. Now we have been to a couple of dealers and notice alot of negatives. We were seated at Joe's desk and notice some of his co-workers asking him several questions. We started to revert back to out past dealer visits but this was diffrent. We took notice that Joe was just so full of info that we were pleased to know we had a salesman that actually knew his product.We wanted a new Sonata Gls and again we had a couple of number's from the other dealers so we had an ideal number we were buying at.Joe showed us his number and we were not close at all. In my mind this was the turning point. Of course we were ready to leave and Joe started talking to us,I can tell he read our reaction and started doing something I have never noticed in all the years I have brought cars. He stood his ground on the price but started explaining to us that within the price he showed us that we would be getting his own personal services. We were really blown away with the fact that in all the dealerships we went to not one even mentioned service after the sale. Without getting into detail on price we brought our brand new car 1000.00 above what we wanted to spend. Joe gave us time to discuss the price again another factor we enjoyed having, most dealers want to hover around you with no space to think. In that discussion my wife and I thought we want to pay for what we get. In final we pay cheaper most likely we get cheaper service. I don't recommend Joe Harmer I strongly urge anyone who is in the market for a Hyundai to go see Joe at Pacifico Hyundai. More
