My review is of the service department. It is horrific. I was lied to and abused by the staff. Ask them about something in the maintenance book, and I was insulted and abused, also lied to It is horrific. I was lied to and abused by the staff. It was horrific. They only return a call if they think you're going to make a formal complaint. The service dept doesnt even know what kind of oil they use, per the specs in the manual. Customer service defends their behavior. More

I have been given a difficult time in the past by one service department staff person and another one recently. I purchased my cars from this dealership and have been coming to Essington ave for about 13 service department staff person and another one recently. I always as for Chris Harmon, Michael Honahan (sorry mike) and now James the new service manager. They are the BEST!!! More
