At 8:45 I was informed that the wip I had an eight o'clock appointment for an oil change and back windshield wiper replacement for my 2002 Acura MDX. At 8:45 I was informed that the wiper blade had to be ordered and would be here shortly. Now its 9:45 I decide to inquiry about the wait only to be informed that part hadn't arrived now I'm upset because I wasn't informed about the delay so I requested my car and left. Here's the good part my multi inspection said my fluids were checked and topped off not true my power steering fluid was low. I told you a month ago the service was excellent what has changed? This was the worst!!!!!!! Two hours wasted. More
