He took his time with me and answered all my questions ( I had quite a few) and helped me thru the entire process. It was really a pressure free experience and I think its the way all car salesmen should deal with a customer------also, while we were waiting for some paperwork to come thru we had a very nice conversation re my favorite topic------fantasy sports. I have no doubt that Mike is a really good and very knowledgeable guy and I think Pacifico is fortunate to have someone like him on their sales staff! Easy process, low fees, and respectful! I normally don't like the car buying process, and the first six Hyundai dealers I'd contacted to make a deal lived down to my expectations in various I normally don't like the car buying process, and the first six Hyundai dealers I'd contacted to make a deal lived down to my expectations in various ways. But my experience with Pacifico proved very refreshing. Bryan Foley (internet sales director), Mike Conahan (my sales consultant), and Chris Harmer (sales manager) respected that I knew exactly what I wanted and worked to make it happen rather than push me to something else. They also gave me a very good price both on the Sonata and my trade-in with very little haggling and angst. They found my car within two days, and charged far lower document fees than other dealers I'd talked to. While the process of finding my new car was long, in the end I was a happy customer thanks to Pacifico. More
