Great dealership experience I visited Pacifico Hyndai/Mazda to make my first purchase on my own. I didn't expect to leave with a car that day, but the service that I received at the dealership made me.comfortable enough to make a decision that I was confident and comfortable with. Upon arriving to the dealership, I sat down with Acia where we talked about what was most important in my purchase - the payments. He was very open and realistic, which is something I appreciated. He knew that neither of us had time to talk about unrealistic expectations. Next, he showed me my options, where he made sure to give me choices that included featured I really wanted. After looking through the lot, we narrowed it down to a few and made a final choice. The longest part was the paperwork, which is to be expected when buying a car. Acia's attention to what I really wanted in a vehicle and realistic attitude really helped me be comfortable in my decision. I would absolutely revisit this dealership in the future for another purchase. More
