Eric was very knowledgeable, explain many key points about the cars. We went in looking at cx-30 and when we actually could see it's size, he showed us the cx-5 & 50. He was extremely accommodating, he started everything so on Tuesday we brought in our deposit and left with our new car, Eric explain many details about our new car and quickly helped my wife and I download the Mazda app and use it. We returned Wednesday because the loan officer wasn't in the office on Tuesday. Everything went well. We went to look at other car brands and so I was not happy with many of the other sales pitch, but Eric was genuine, straight forward, gentleman. The staff at Pacifico Mazda were excellent. Most of the transaction details were handled online. When I went to the dealership to close the deal, I was welcomed warmly treated fairly and every accommodation necessary was made to make this purchase stress and hassle free. My salesman was Dylan Price. Dylan was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Dylan knew that I was on a tight schedule and offered to deliver the car to my home after a few minor cosmetic corrections were handled by the dealership. I wasn’t required to remain on site and wait. After Dylan made arrangements to deliver the car, he suggested taking a photograph of the car wearing a bow since the car was a gift. The attached photograph of the white CX 30 is our car dressed in a red bow. Dylan took the photo and sent to me to commemorate this special purchase. Lastly, I am a fussy car buyer and dread the process. I have made many similar purchases in the past. This is/was far and away the best experience I’ve had.
