I must say since being with this company I have been treated great. The energy coming into the dealership is always pleasant. The service team has some great workers and are nice. You’re doing a great job with trying to make everyone happy and comfortable with leaving their cars in Mazda hands. Lou one of the technicians is amazing I found out this guy been with the company over 10 years and he’s my go to guy to trust my car with. Not knocking the other workers but Lou is always my request because he takes care of my car and not just trying to get a pay check! Lou keep up the great work this was definitely your calling of work! Also, want to share the guy Josh I believe in the loaner department has great sense of humor definitely enlightened my mood while I waited to get into another car. Go to Joey first and if he’s not available asked for another day he’s the best there since Jay left.
