Two 'Works' oil changes and two recalls - great service I purchased my truck in the city, and live in the southwestern suburbs. I had take the truck to the dealer nearest my work and also down in the far south suburbs when I reported to Homewood. Finally landed on a dealer that is a keeper - Packey Webb. New facility, and some of the best customer service I have received at a dealership thus far. Sam was extremely responsive and got both recalls for my F150 completed along with an oil change in a very timely manner. The facility is spotless, and they do not try to sell you on services that are not needed. I would definitely recommend this dealer for service, and I will come here when it is time to buy my next truck, which may be years from now due to the satisfaction I have with the F150 - the truck will never rust, and with the V8, it is very fast and can be easily customized. -Mike More

Tim at Packey Webb Ford offered a loaner vehicle and got the work done. They also identified the need for a couple of new tires and found a good deal for those. The work was well coordinated and the service and sales departments were very flexible as I also purchased a different vehicle at the same time! More
Bad business ethics and terrible communication In May 2018 I purchased a used car (2014 BMW). While finalizing the deal, sales consultant Eric Finlon promised me a one free oil change. I was to get In May 2018 I purchased a used car (2014 BMW). While finalizing the deal, sales consultant Eric Finlon promised me a one free oil change. I was to get the coupon by email. I haven't, so I wrote an email to Eric inquiring about this matter. Several emails, in fact, and he never responded. I managed to get him on the phone twice and he promised to get back to me. He never did. Ultimately, I called Service Manager Mike Payne who reassured me that I indeed get a free oil change and I can come anytime. Today, I drove 20 miles only to learn that since my car requires full-synthetic (as most of modern cars do), they can't offer free oil change. When I confronted Eric Finlon, he confirmed that he received my emails and blatantly admitted that he never responded. My huge disappointment is not about a $100 oil change, it's about disregarding my communication and disrespecting my time. More
pressued to fast to buy truck, and service dept is terrible service dept. was terrible, truck was already detailed n waxed. and then they washed it down with water on a freezeing a day and didn't dry it off. da service dept. was terrible, truck was already detailed n waxed. and then they washed it down with water on a freezeing a day and didn't dry it off. damaged the front valance on truck, got oil everywhere on engine, oil cooler, belt, battery, light, and other places. (tried to wash the motor down with water). u drain the oil on a 2.7 eco then take out filter on top, not the other way around. and also they short sticked it, and also didn't top off other fluids, and also had it for 3 hours, never rotated tires, and wasn't clean wat so ever.. service fails, also buying a truck shouldn't be pressureful. they pressed us way to much, and I still get 100s of emails a day, and stop harassing me, and my dad. we can do our own work, and if the motor or trans goes u better hope u replace it with a new one.. (and also ecobooost owners, buy an oil catch can thing, save the motor, money well spent, and ford shame on u for not putting them on from factory. and come out with a 100k power train and bumper to bumper warrtany.. When I called to make an appointment on Monday November 12th because my "tire pressure low" light kept coming on I had the pleasure of speaking to a gentleman who was so kind and considerate and said "Of course, bring your car right in and we will check it out". I pulled up and was immediately greeted, they immediately brought the car to the back service area to find the issue instead of it sitting there all day as a lot of dealers do when you didn't buy the car from them. I was assigned to Nick Dennis who was so kind and helpful and literally made my day. I received a call within an hour as promised and was told that I indeed had to replace the tire and he would get it done within the hour and as promised, I received the call and it was ready. When I came to pick up the car I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they even washed my car! Even the car dealer I bought my car from doesn't do that! In closing, I will NOT EVER hesitate to make Packey Webb my dealer of choice for service or car purchases. Kudos to a GREAT JOB by all involved and double Kudos to Nick Dennis for making my experience so pleasant. More
Refuse to stand behind their warranties. Have had numerous phone calls and in person visits no luck on them backing there product. Would suggest no one do business with this dealership.
