Over Promise, Under Deliver I have bought 2 brand new Fords in the last 4 years. Both times I have purchased an extended warranty program to cover maintainence and minor repairs I have bought 2 brand new Fords in the last 4 years. With my older one, I was on my last covered visit and spoke with the service manager about what was going to be taken care of. He informed me that the brakes would be replace, and covered by my warranty. Pretty happy with this news I took it to Packey Webb to have the work done. Upone dropping of my car the service rep rudely told me that they would not be covering my brakes, and that he didn't believe what the other service rep had told me. It just so happens that this individual was off that day. So, after hours of sitting around arguing, I had to settle for just a basic maintainence stop. Just another example of a shady dealership. More
