As I am a repeating customer of Packey Webb, I am always amazed of the excellent service team, especially my Service advisor, Nick, Who is probably one of the best service advisors, customer service personn amazed of the excellent service team, especially my Service advisor, Nick, Who is probably one of the best service advisors, customer service personnel, And most honest and kindest person that I have ever met in any car dealership. Nick always goes over and beyond to make sure every experience is five star or better. Has someone who works in the customer service/management industry myself, and manage a team of associates, Nick is a rare breed of amazing service providers out there. I will always continue to trust Nick and value his opinion greatly on what is needed for my car. Thank you, Packey Webb and thank you, Nick for always providing the best experience ever. I also do want to make a mention of the service manager, Ryan, who always says hi to me, Knows who I am by name as a regular customer, and always check to confirm that I am receiving the best of service. I think Ford should pay us the time period if we have our own vehicle. Make it an incentive toward their Ford Credit card. Does anyone care anymore More

My concern is quality of service. The inspection of the vehicle should be done. I should not have to ask if fluids topped off, all lights are in working order. I had to ask how you serviced the vehicle if the hood does not stay open, do you use a board to hold up. these are things that should be addressed when it is being service for the 40 points inspection, and I am paying for. I can go on, but it is repetitive. More
