Our 2016 Ford Escape Audio unit was dead and took 2 repair visits to replace the affected microprocessor modules. I was impressed with how Bob Marks Service Advisor took ownership and the Technician st repair visits to replace the affected microprocessor modules. I was impressed with how Bob Marks Service Advisor took ownership and the Technician stayed late on the second visit to provide us with the SUV to meet our needs. Even though I was disappointed with Ford's Audio unit premature failure for a 32,000+ mileage vehicle and $1500 repair expense, I appreciate how PWebb's employees worked with me to repair my SUV. I have bought several vehicles from PW since their original Wheaton location and always had my vehicles serviced by them! More
