Poor communication, my vehicle was in the shop for three days before I called to inquiry the status. I requested a loaner, I was told none available, I asked about a rental, i was told none available. It is days before I called to inquiry the status. I reached out to Ford, rep told me that I could have rented a car and submitted the bill to Ford for reimbursement, Packey Webb never communicated that to me,their only answer to me was none available. Packey Webb has lost my business andI will no longer recommend them to any of my family or customers. More
