I would HIGHLY AND STRONGLY URGE to anyone, NEVER to step foot on Paddock Chevrolet lot! Unfortunately, I should have taken the advice from several people I spoke with who said to stay away, but I proceeded foot on Paddock Chevrolet lot! Unfortunately, I should have taken the advice from several people I spoke with who said to stay away, but I proceeded with a purchase of a used vehicle. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt feeling people sometimes don't have the best experience, but that doesn't always mean the same for everyone. I WAS WRONG! To summarize, I purchased the used vehicle, which I fully understood the realism of the mileage and year of the car, and immediately on the thruway drive home the wheels started to shake. Keep in mind, this was also after making a trip to pick up the vehicle, which was paid in full, for them to tell me I have to come back a week later because they didn't bother to properly do lien paperwork with the old owner as I was on my way to the dealership! Once again, I tried to stay reasonable regarding the used vehicle. I took the car and spent $150, and 3 out of 4 tires were on backwards and not balanced. Fast forward a month, we are very big on proactive maintenance and check fluid levels often, no oil! Went and paid to have oil changed, just to be safe, even though they specifically told me that was part of their point inspection for the sale of used vehicles. That point forward we were putting oil in the vehicle every 3-4 days, depending on distance of driving. Fast forward over the next several months of the nightmare of taking the vehicle to their service department multiple times, then they request I take it to another service department, which took them an hour to determine a major engine issue. Multiple phone conversations, multiple different people, multiple trips to the dealer, run around, more phone conversations, more excuses, reaching a point where phone calls are not being returned after saying they would try and do their best in making this situation right, to basically getting to the point of them expressing it's not their problem, I should have bought their $4000 extended warranty, etc. etc. etc. Their service department is either out right liars or TOTAL incompetents! They do not do proper vetting of vehicles and I do not believe they do any proper point inspection before throwing a used vehicle on the lot for a quick buck! There sales team members are rude and dismissive and could care less about your experience after you are not their problem anymore and they have check in hand! I NEVER want this to ever happen to anyone else! We lost thousands of dollars trying to dig out of the nightmare for a car we only had possession of for 8 months! Paddock should be embarrassed and ashamed, but they are not, and that shows who they are! More

So we scheduled an appointment with service as we did not purchase the car from them. Our dealer advised us to take it to a chevy dealership. So we brought the car in with what the problem was, which it was diagnosed at another dealer, soo he calls and tells us what we already know and not being good at the customer service that comes with being and advisor, was not willing to work with us, so 209.00 for diagnosing it which we already did and another 230.00 to fix. we would've done the work with them if the advisor would've said hey ill wave the diag if you do the work with us. But that wasn't even an option. To keep customers coming back especially new ones not a great impression for the first time. So we will not be coming back and we definitely will not recommend you for service. Do better Paddock this is how you loose customers. More

I will not buy another thing from Paddock Chevrolet. Yesterday I left work and all of a sudden my check engine light went on. The dash then said "reduced acceleration, drive with care" then "service tra Yesterday I left work and all of a sudden my check engine light went on. The dash then said "reduced acceleration, drive with care" then "service traction control" then "service ESC". This is on a 2025 chevy Traverse. The vehicle would not accelerate and I took it right to Paddock where I had bought it brand new less than a year ago. When I get there I tell the service representative about what's going on and she tells me that she can't get my vehicle in until next week. She says she can call me if someone cancels. That sucks but ok, I say I want to leave it with them, since i cant drive it, and then if someone cancels or no shows then they could look at it. She tells me that I cannot do that, they don't have room for my vehicle.... room, it's a dealership that has a lot next door and also across the street with cars in them, there's not one open space? Then I ask if they can atleast have someone read the code to have an idea of what is going on and she says they can't because they wouldn't have to charge me $199 diagnostic fee. Its a brand new car and whatever is wrong with it should be under warranty. This representative had no compassion and horrible customer service. There was not any effort put into trying to help the situation other than doing the bare minimum and scheduling an appointment for a week later. Paddock Chevrolet has seriously failed in their customer service in this situation and I will never recommend them again. Now I am without a vehicle for atleast a week until they look at it, then probably another month for them to order parts in and repair it. All this on a vehicle less than a year old. More

I have been trying to put a fair deal together with Paddock- Only to be left in limbo! I pointed out that their new Cargo van was 12 grand less MSRP in GA. I was told they would not match that, So, I m Paddock- Only to be left in limbo! I pointed out that their new Cargo van was 12 grand less MSRP in GA. Then when you write a review- Joe Ott pops in with some line of baloney for a reply with no solution. Got to love the greed! How often have we heard a dealer say they don't mark them up much? So, if a dealer in another state is selling 12 grand off sticker and still making money? WELL Paddock- Seems you mislead the facts! No wonder your dealership has declined to a second thought with many of your old costumers. More
THIEVES at every turn! DO NOT GO HERE! WITH EXCELLENT CREDIT- I PAID WAY TOO MUCH FOR MY CAR AND GOT RIPPED OFF WITH SERVICE. APPEARNTLY THERE IS A $15 SURCHARGE TO DO NOT GO HERE! WITH EXCELLENT CREDIT- I PAID WAY TOO MUCH FOR MY CAR AND GOT RIPPED OFF WITH SERVICE. APPEARNTLY THERE IS A $15 SURCHARGE TO USE A CREDIT CARD. I USED MY DEBIT CARD AND WAS STILL CHARGED THE $15. THEY WONDER WHY CUSTOMERS HAVE CHIPS ON THIER SHOULDERS SIMPLY WALKING INTO THE PLACE! PRAYING THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! More
On March 18, 2025 I had my 2017 Buick Encore in for service. Jerry, I have to say was great. I spoke to Ken who claimed he was the service manager and he was not pleasant and was screaming in my ear! service. Jerry, I have to say was great. Dave the service manager (I guess because Ken said he was the service manager) was not accommodating at all! My service bill came to $3600, and I reached out to Dave to see if GM would help me out through the participation program and he flat out refused to put me in the system to find out! He was speaking to me in a condescending voice and basically was very rude. His customer service to say the least is lacking. I'm very disappointed in the level of care that is given to your customers. With that being said I did not get my vehicle serviced at Paddock. If I was treated better and was given some level of concern maybe you would be getting my service but I'm ashamed to even have given Paddock a chance with my vehicle. More
The other reviews are correct - their used cars are cheaply fixed and/or damaged. Their employees will treat as less than once you make a purchase. They don't care. They're just as smug. Notice how the bad review responses do not include a person or email to contact? Speaking to them won't do anything. And that is poor marketing whoever is responding to them.
