Th service manager, Don Sherwood, seems to have a serious temper and doesn't seem fit for the position. He clearly gets stressed out way too quickly to be working with angry customers. This is the girl who walked out of a closet with a man as I was waiting at the counter knows absolutely nothing about her job. She seems more concerned about her phone and the boy sitting next to her than the customers and their concern. Why is she the customer care manager when she has no vsre for the customers??? Th management ther has NO idea what the bell is happening. I would never recommend this place. Ever. If their management gets angry easily and their customer care manager who cares more about a quickie in the closet than her job is how that place is run, Duane Paddock should rethink his hiring team. Not your usual sales experience My salesman listened to my requirements, didn't try typical sales tactics to distract or confuse me, was willing to search for the perfect vehicle. Buyer beware !!! Need a car fast ,while driving around spotted a PT Cruiser in great shape and priced right . Contacted one of their salespeople came right over after a few after talking a bit he told us the bank wouldn't not finance a car at that low price . Then he proceeded to show us a Chevy Cobalt in good shape and low mileage at $4995 called it a "Value Car" , on the test drive we noticed some noise from the front end , The salesperson told us it was a link that would be fixed before pick up ,whole buying process took less then two hours. Well good thing I purchased the extended service plan, picked up on a Saturday by Tuesday there was a whining coming from the front end after only 80 miles. Got a service appointment ,was told it was a wheel bearing hub and was covered by them because it was a "Value Car" ,went to my mechanic to have it done. When he put the car up on the lift told me to come take a look at this a broken rear spring ,the rust on it indicated it had been broke for a while. To make a long story short in less then five months had to have repairs done seven times both wheel hubs ,brakes front and back, rear spring, transmission module, now the check traction control light keeps coming on. I do not beat my vehicles my last two trucks both went over 250,000 miles one was 273,000 . Went to three other dealers to see what I could get on a trade in , would have to take a 4000 hit on a trade with the cost of the service that was part of the first loan . More
