Scheduled inspection! I wouldn't recommend Paddock service to anyone! Chuck the service manager very unprofessional Went in for routine inspection Came out with major damage to car 2200.00 to be exact because their techs actually make you drive your car into the bay yourself surrounded by concrete poles that have been hit so many times it's ridiculous! I took pictures of poles-amazing how many different colors of paint are on them! After arguing with asst mgr Phil they agreed to pay half of damages and told me to go to Gabe"s! 2200.00 are u kidding? Went to smaller shops in Tonawanda and they all heard similar stories about Paddock! I decided to trust my insurance agent to investigate which I know he will and hope for the best! By the way' smaller shops estimate only 1200.00! Message left by Chuck tonight he rescinded his offer to pay half!! Worst Dealership in WNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Don't Trust I asked them on a Saturday if there were promotions starting the following week (beginning of the next month) in 3 Days as another dealer had told me. I recently made another purchase of a new Chevrolet Avalanche at Paddock Chevrolet in Kenmore NY. It proved again,to be a very pleasant experience. I got good money for my old Silverado and a super dea Avalanche at Paddock Chevrolet in Kenmore NY. It proved again,to be a very pleasant experience. I got good money for my old Silverado and a super deal on the new Truck. I dealt with Mr. Bill Wirtheim again, and as before, he found me all the extra discounts I was entitled to and made it a seamless transaction. Once I chose the one I wanted, it was ready for me the first thing the next morning and I was on my way. I have bought here several times before, and my family has also. It has always been hastle free, as well as, what I feel to be, a great deal. I have in the past, and would continue to, recommend Paddock Chev. to my friends, family and neighbors. More

We decided to try Paddock Cheverolet on Delaware in Kenmore, It's repuatation is amazing and that was mostly what told us to try the dealership. We were able to be introduced to Bill Wertheim, the General Manager and he is why the dealership is so sucsessful. He is class and Paddock exhumes class. The expierence from the treats that were given to us to the special way you're made to feel in the Paddock Dealership. It's all to let you know that you're very important to them and that they want you to feel not only comfortable but to know the information about what you're interested to buy. Bill took us through thr dealership, that made us feel aware of all we were to chose from. we knew we were in the place to buy our new vehicle. Bill Wertheim was so thorough for all of our questions we asked and he knowing in detail how to explain to us what we needed to know was very affective. He's so kind and the knowledge that he is able to educate which is amazing and allowed us the perfect information. We knew we were ready to make a deal. During our evening at Paddock, Bill Wertheim introduced us to Arron Oliphant, a Sales and /leasing Specialist at Paddock. Then we thought the expierience couldn't get better the fit of putting Arron Oliphant with us was outstaning. He gave so much detailed information to my husband and I. It was refreshing to be taught how good the vehicles brought us were. What ever we were interested in Arron brought us, with no hesitation. Arron was able to let us know the purchase wasn't only good for us but also for our budget. When discussing another purchase of a vehicle with my husband we will only buy from PADDOCK CHEVEROLET IN KENMORE. Bill and Arron proved we made a great choice. They proved it would be a sensational. Joe seems to like the number 18k for some reason for trade ins. Gave me and at least 2 others the same trade offer for 3 very different vehicles. While I had my offer on 9/29/12 with Paddock Chev who just gave me a "general" $4003 discount off of a Chevy VOLT(no rebates available from ANYONE according to them though my research suggested otherwise just gave me a "general" $4003 discount off of a Chevy VOLT(no rebates available from ANYONE according to them though my research suggested otherwise). Prior to signing the deal 9/29/12, I received a call from a competitor of theirs that said a NEW deal was starting and they could go another $2000 off (Total $6000 off). Clearly, this dealer had received the Chevy bulletin for October promos which for the Volt in addition to the 0% financing with Ally, Ally also started offering a $2000 cash incentive effective 10/2. However, on 9/29 Paddock claimed to not know about any NEW incentive starting that the other dealer mentioned (I asked TWICE in front of witnesses) which clearly was not credible given the new promo was, in fact, became effective on 10/2 and another dealer already had that info. Obviously, they wanted to book the sale by the end of the month as they are a “volume dealer” and advertise as such which is why they told me I had until 9/30 to decide. They could care less about the customer and in fact lied to my face TWICE in front of witnesses that were with me when asked... More
car sold to me had rust spot on the right front spring which popped and could have killed me if I had been on a highway. I had the car for a year and it was not due for inspection until the end of this mo which popped and could have killed me if I had been on a highway. I had the car for a year and it was not due for inspection until the end of this month. Spring broke early this month. Paddock mechanic should have seen this spot upon inspection for sale. Speaking with representatives of Paddock, I find that this compromised spring was my fault and the fault of my mechanic. The latter should have seen it during yearly inspection; please note, inspection was not due until end of this month and spring broke long before then. Note also, that normal wear and tear applies to the whole spring and not just a quarter-sized rust spot; also, I drive perhaps twenty miles a month, but I was told that normal wear and tear also happens when the car just sits there. I have recommended Paddock before, but will never do so again. The careless approach to this car before it was sold, resulted in a giant repair bill and could have killed me. More
I wanted to purchase a used car from a dealer, and thought Paddock would be a good place to do so. The sales guy, Earl was very nice and helpful. He helped me get a good vehicle and got me approved right away. The whole sales transaction was very smooth. As for their service department, that is a WHOLE other story. Please, if you know what is best for your car and you want your car in good hands, do NOT take it to Paddock Chevrolet for service. They kept our car for 9 DAYS, with 8 of those days, it sitting out on their lot. They left our car doors unlocked the whole time and we know because we drove by and checked; These were not major repairs that had to be done either. The power sear motor needed to be replaced, we had a gasket leak, etc. We drove by Paddock daily, and it was just sitting there, every time we called we would get the excuse, oh well the adjuster hasn't come out to approve the repairs yet. All the time im getting more upset so I decide to call the warranty company myself and come to find out that the approval for the repairs could be done right over the phone! So I call Paddock back and all of a sudden they have the approval. The warranty company stated on several occasions they tried to contact Paddock with no response. This whole time we were given a rental because the warranty allowed us to have one. When we tried to return the rental, they tried to charge us for 5 days that we had it cause they said we had it too long and the warranty company wasn't going to cover it. But it wasn't our fault we had the rental for that long, no one called and said hey, you need to give the rental back or you will be charged. No one fixed our car so what were we supposed to do? Have no car? The charges for that are still "pending" against me. when we got our car back, it was fine, we picked it up the 9th day which was a Saturday. The next morning when I went to start the car, its making noise near the transmission. Turns out that when someone was making the repairs, they didn't put something back on correctly and it was hitting the flywheel inside the car so we had to go back again and they fixed this problem. I had to miss work because this could not be taken care of until Monday morning, as their service dept. is closed on Sunday so we couldn't even drive the car when we got it back. Never in my life have i dealt with such unprofessionalism. It was like when i tried to ask someone there else what was going on with the vehicle, they would patch me to someone else. Noone wanted to listen, i felt as if i was helpless. Please take my advice and go to someone else. More
