No help after unable to perform a firmware update I have gone to Paddock Chevrolet for service many times and have always been treated courteously and honestly. This service appointment was for a firmware upgrade to the infotainment system in my car. They were unable to complete the procedure due to what I was told were bandwidth problems in downloading the upgrade from GM. This was rather disappointing but the only help I was given to get the upgrade completed was being told to try another dealer. This was without any suggestion as to a dealer that is known to have been able to successfully complete the procedure -- essentially leaving me on my own to solve the problem. More
