It’s hard for to review this dealership as my last trip is my last trip. Tuesday, I took it in for a broken door lock, waiting 2 ½ hours. I had to pay $145 for the diagnosis and the part was ordered for $5 is my last trip. Tuesday, I took it in for a broken door lock, waiting 2 ½ hours. I had to pay $145 for the diagnosis and the part was ordered for $58. I do not feel it was even taken apart, they just guessed at what it was. Wednesday, waiting another 2 ½ hours, they installed it, with a total bill for $540. It did not fix it. They looked at it again and said it was the harness, which they would have to order. After and discussion with several people, I was refunded all my money and I left. I stopped at a collusion shop I was passing on the way home, they got the part overnight, and installed it for a total $200 including the part. I live 13 miles one way, so two trips were 56 miles round trip. I also wasted five hours of my time. Although I have been going to that dealership for many years now, I will not return. More

I have had 2 bad experiences with Page Honda. I purchased a used 2012 Impala from them in April 2021. They increased the price, over the agreed amount, by $500 at the time of purchase. When I questioned them on it they told me that the extra money was for cleaning. I had been in the car already and NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING had been done. I also had a bad experience with their service department. I was quoted one price by one service rep and it was increased when I spoke with a second rep. More

Bad oil change service. I did the oil change at Page Honda 3 days ago. I waited three for around 3.5 hours there, although I had a 8AM appointment. Today (3days after oil ch I did the oil change at Page Honda 3 days ago. I waited three for around 3.5 hours there, although I had a 8AM appointment. Today (3days after oil change), I checked the engine oil and they are still dirty (brown color). The service department lied! After oil change, they told me the rear brake pads have only 2mm left and shall be changed, as well as the rotors, with a quota of $511. My husband decided to change them and bought Bosch pads and rotors via Amazon prime. He removed the old brake pads off and found 6mm depth left on the old brake pads. A total waste of our time, effort and money. More
