I requested to see a vehicle I was interested in buying and I also told them I had a vehicle to trade-in. They accomodated me with the time and date that I asked to go and see the vehicle. This was my second oil change at Page Honda. I was greeted almost immediately by Service Advisor Ryan Akand, who remembered me from my previous visit. I visited the customer waiting area and, after less than half an hour, Ryan came by to tell me my car was washed and ready to go. My experience made me feel as though I was dealing with a neighbor, rather than a service station operator! More
So much for customer service! This dealership really takes advantage of used car buyers. Especially naive buyers who are not buying a Honda!!!. How do you sell a car that always comes with 2 key fobs with NO key fobs, telling the buyer that there are 2 keys - oh, wait, there's only one key which is a VALET key. And then you tell the buyer who already signed the papers - tough xxxx! Oh, we will give you $150.00 to get the keys - and you have to have them cut, programmed and whatever else is involved. They would not lift a finger to assist and acted like sleazy, disgusting, used car salespeople. Once the papers were signed, they could have cared less. Oh, wait they cost over $400.00 to replace, and then they reneged on the $150.00! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - HONDA, FORD, ANYTHING! ESPECIALLY A USED CAR!! Too bad for Page Honda - my husband and I are in the market for a new car and were going to visit this dealership for a new car. Won't happen now and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of their treatment of a used car buyer. Normally if you treat a customer the right way, they will come back for their next car and maybe even their next car, but after the way this person was treated he will never set foot in this dealership again and will continue to let people know about this horrible experience. Have a good experience - you usually tell 5 people and it ends there, a bad experience garners at least telling 25 people who then tell 25 more people who then tell 25 more people and so on and so forth.
