I had been in communication via text with this dealership up until my appointment at 5 pm. When I arrived I was informed that the car I had seen online had been sold 2 hours ago. I questioned staff regardi up until my appointment at 5 pm. When I arrived I was informed that the car I had seen online had been sold 2 hours ago. I questioned staff regarding why wasn't I informed via text that this car had been sold prior to driving a 1/2 hour to see it. I was informed that the person who I was in communication with had no idea it had been sold. I was also told that it takes their website 72 hours to update once a car has been sold. Assuming that this dealership has integrity and is honest with their customers, I suggest updating their software to real time so all employees are on the same page. All employees should know which vehicles are in stock and which have been sold. Customers should be able to look at the company website and see in real time which vehicles are available. I'm only left with a list of process improvement suggestions for this dealership. More

The sunroof on my Honda CRV was not working and the warranty was about to expire. Larry in service dept. ordered new switch for it; that wasn't the problem. Everything was handled in a timely manner before the warranty ran out. I can't say enough about Larry's professional manner and the kind way in which I was treated! More
It was my first time in for an oil change and the didn't have the filter for it, not a Honda vehicle. They ordered it from another dealership and kept me informed of everything the whole time.
