He literally went an extra mile to bring a car from another location to demo the differences side by side. I bought cx-30 here two weeks ago. After I put my deposit, every procedure I went through was smooth and they were professional, and they work as a very organized team. If you actually visit the place, you will know what I mean. Besides all of that, Chris Kinder was the best representative I have ever met including all other brand representatives. He explained every single button you might want to know before you drive and he made our purchase experience very precious in every perspective. If I buy next car for my self or my spouse, I will be pleased to work with chris and palisades mazda. If you live in NYC, I recommend to do your business here. Bought a 2021 CX-5 Grand Touring and I have 6,000 miles on it in 6 months. the hood is chipped very badly, and they won't help at all.
