Good Afternoon Demetrius It is always our goal to provide each and every customer with a memorable service experience. It is concerning to us whenever a customer feels that their mechanical problem has not been addressed or resolved to their satisfaction and, more importantly, it’s never our model to exclude our customer from conversations concerning their vehicle. Because you had a new engine and wiring installed prior to bringing the vehicle to us, we faced the challenge of a complex diagnosis in which we invested 7 hours of our A technician’s time and uncovered numerous obstacles that would require further attention. In your subsequent conversations with me and my Service Manager, an agreement between all parties was made to mitigate your out of pocket expenses by cutting the cost of the diagnosis by almost 70%. I apologize that your situation, despite all the assistance given, could not be resolved.
