His clarity, knowledge and pleasant manner put me at ease. Like many people, I find buying a new car a daunting experience, despite the research I do beforehand. I was inundated by emails and phone calls from many dealers. I needed a dealership and salesperson I could trust. It was easy to put my trust in Ed. I picked up the car today and he spent a good hour explaining the features. I had confidence in his extensive knowledge of the vehicle and was calmed by his patience. It's such a pleasure to work with someone who knows his product inside and out, and who respects his customers. He'll treat you like family. The entire process was smooth and flawless. John Stillman in finance was easy to work with, knowledgeable and no pressure. More

The worst dealership I’ve ever been to, I brought my car into these guys and the communication I had with the service advisors was terrible , they waisted my time and money. I gave them my problem and issue and they completely ignore it and made me buy parts that had nothing to do with my issue on my car , I was told to pick up my car because the issue was fixed and the next day I was left stranded in the cold because my car had the same issue , when I tried to contact the service manager he refused to answer my phone calls , so I reached out to the general manager and he proceeded to give me the run around until I had to personally visit him and when I finally got both the service manager and the general manager into the same room they both said it was my fault because they couldn’t fix the problem which was as simple as removing an alarm system. They told me they had a 15 year electrical technician on my car but how is it that he wasn’t able to figure out how to disable an alarm system , meanwhile I had to figure out how to take it out myself 390$ dollars down the line after then ripped me off for my money and refused to give it back. I’ve never been to a dealership and dealt with this amount of unprofessionalism before, both service manager and GM were trying to argue with me and discredit my knowledge. The reason I brought my car to Mazda is because I wanted to let professionals work on my car and it was a waiste of time More

The entire team at Mazda was so helpful and answered all my questions before I could even ask them! I was very grateful that they did not pressure me to do anything I was not ready to do, I also never felt manipulated Ed spent almost an hour showing me all the details of my new car and continues to answer all my questions while I am getting used to my new car. They were also amazing with working out logistics of my old car and went above and beyond to help me and my family switch cars. Much thanks to ED and the Mazda Team!! More
Best car experience ever I don't write reviews often it is only when I have a terrible experience and a great one. In either cases I feel it is my duty to inform others. I don't expect car experiences to ever been in the great category but Palisades has the customer journey down. Maybe it could of been Chris (my salesman) that was just that good. My relationship with Chris started when I emailed about a cx-9 signature trim, which i was promptly contacted on. We went back and forth a couple emails trying to set up a date that i can come in to check it out as I was coming from out of state. We finally made our way up there and was greeted by none other than Chris the person I have been emailing with. This is often where most dealerships fail as the first initial contact person from the internet is not the person you will work with when you visit the dealer. It throws away the trust and rapport already built. That did not happen here , I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and care displayed, Chris was not pushy but also was not too laid back. When we finally test drove the car Chris showed extensive knowledge about the car model , past and present regarding Mazda. I do my research on cars when I am looking to buy and he provided me with deep information I was not aware of. If I didn't buy that car from him I would of been willing to wait until he got what I wanted. The customer experience was that good. We put a deposit down and stated we would finance through our bank , Chris said no problem let us know what they quote you on and we'll try to beat it. Again rare experience for me at a car dealership. We ended up buying the car a used CX-9 signature trim for a great price with great car buying experience. Anyone looking to buy a Mazda i would highly recommend this place and ask for Chris. More

I am a head case when it comes to car dealers as I don't trust any of them.I knew right from the start that this buying experience was going to be smooth and hassle free all because of Ed Grayon.He is by far the most professional,easy going,friendly and honest salesman I have ever dealt with in 30 years of buying vehicles.He went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the sale and never hardballed me on anything.He even personally dropped the car off at another Jeep dealer for a pre-purchase inspection.I unfortunately didn't buy the Jeep because it a few too many issues bus Ed got my $500 deposit back within one day,no questions asked and didn't complain about it either.It's too bad that Ed is the exception and not the rule in the auto selling world because it would be so much more enjoyable with more people like him.I would wholeheartedly recommend Ed and the Mazda Palisades dealership.
