No sales gimmicks, the popcorn machine, internet cafe and all- just a genuine interest in making sure you are happy. I set up the appointment to see, immediate response from the salesman, Chris Kinder. He knows his stuff and MOST important, knows what a customer expects and how to work with the customer and for the customer with the upmost integrity. After all the salesman is the driving force behind and for me must be honest and transparent and Chris K. goes beyond this. I shopped around at 2 other dealers after visiting Palisades Mazda price shopping. Everything that Chris noted stated was true. While the other dealerships prices for the same vehicle were slightly less, the hidden fees, sales persons "in it" to SELL SELL left me with a feeling that you have entered a shark tank. Returned the next day to Palisades Mazda some negotiation and walked out very happy. If you are looking for a great dealership that is professional, straightforward and no hassles, here it is. When I told him I was still doing research on other cars before making my decision,he didn't pressure me at all. I eventually came in for a test drive and ended up purchasing the car(for that same quote) and driving it off the lot that same day! Even was able to trade in my 1999 Toyota Rav4! I spoke with Chris Kinder on the phone told him the bottom line of what we wanted .Chris treated me with respect and professionalism. Chris didn't try to up sell me and didn't use the old car sales lines that I can't believe they still use in this day and age! No fast talk no fake deals that are impossible to qualify for, no wasting my time. Chris was clear and precise and the price quote he gave me over the email stayed the quote to the day we signed the contract. He also treated my son like adult and showed him all the features of the car. My husband who would sign everything travels so I do all the leg work and then husband will sign for and pick up car, some car dealerships don't take you serious when you do this. No problem here. We spend 45 minutes with him at test drive and then Chris handled all paperwork, took hour to pic up car but that included finance dept contracts, Chris setting up our phone with car and giving a tutorial of the car.Take note Sale people, THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE!! The salesman, Ed Grayon, was quite knowledgeable and he patiently answered all of our questions about models that interested us. The supply of vehicles was more than satisfactory, and we were able to pick up our new car in a matter of days. Also, their policy of donating $150 to a charity of our choice when you make a purchase was like 'icing on a cake.' For a great car at a great price I would encourage potential buyers to visit this dealership. More
