On a whim, we stopped at the Palisades Mazda and were very pleasantly surprised. The salesman, Ed Grayon, was quite knowledgeable and he patiently answered all of our questions about models that interested us. The supply of vehicles was more than satisfactory, and we were able to pick up our new car in a matter of days. Also, their policy of donating $150 to a charity of our choice when you make a purchase was like 'icing on a cake.' For a great car at a great price I would encourage potential buyers to visit this dealership. More

He gave me his cell# and provided quick responses that made me feel like I was dealing with a true Professional who knew his stuff! He was transparent in allowing me to see the workings of the dealership, assess the invoice price, and come to a quick and easy agreement on a fair deal that I was very happy with. The car I purchased was used, but it was beautifully prepped and ready for me when I arrived. The paperwork was done efficiently, the price and fees I was quoted were the same as the ones I paid. If I had a question, and the answer was not the one I wanted to hear, I was told it anyway. Straight forward, no lies or shades of gray. I like that, and it helped me make a decision based on whether or not this vehicle would work for me. Also would like to thank Demitri Pappas for the initial test drive, which set the tone of the entire process. Nice people to work with. More

I did not have a great experience the first time around but Chris was patient with my situation and helped me through the entire process to get me into a new CX-9!
