I had a very poor experience and I will no be going back there. I informed the service person that I am having a problem with the car shutting down. After looking at my car , he informed me that if I chang there. I informed the service person that I am having a problem with the car shutting down. After looking at my car , he informed me that if I change the belts it should fix the problem. It was expensive but after it was done and I was ready to drive away, he informed me that the reason the car was shutting down was because the cable to the battery was loose (and it would has cost nothing to fix). I also found someone had gone through my glove compartment, some items were left out. More

My rating is EXCELLENT. I had a very good buying experience. Everyone was professional and friendly. Things mostly went smoothly, and any issue was corrected quickly. There was no hard sell, or any of the games dealers play that us buyers hate. My salesman, Arthur S, was more than helpful, and actually fought for me to help me get my price. He gave me as much time as I wanted for test driving several cars. No impatience, or pushiness. I want to also thank Frank for showing flexibility on price, both on my purchase and my trade-in.
