So, I decided to research CX-9. I contacted the dealer over the internet and Customer Care Rep was all over me with e-mails and phone calls trying to schedule an appointment. The Manager (Frank) greeted me promptly and passed me on to a sales person. This is where the things started going south. 1. Test drive - I didn't to drive the car with the trim/drive-train I wanted to test. Plus I was allowed to drive for about 5 minutes. Not a good thing. I do not even know how the car behaves over 4o mph. 2. I asked for the price quote but instead was giving a generic printout with the MSRP. 3. The sales person didn't know the dealership's inventory - only interference from Frank helped me look at the exact model I was interested in (not drive it, of course). 4 .The sales person said that 2013 models cannot be leased (Mazda USA has cash incentives on its website specifically for 2013). 5. I was told that I will get an email with the price quote and my trade in value the next day. it's been 10 days. So, to sum up, not a good experience. I wish others luck. More
