Car dealerships, to me, are pretty much the same. This one was not much different. But, we brought in a used car, got an evaluation and money for it, leased another car, and drove home with it about This one was not much different. A LOT of paperwork, waiting, etc. But, all in all, the service/sales/finance departments were pleasant, knew what they were doing, helpful, knowledgeable, and not "pushy." Hats off, especially, to Juan (initial contact) and Olivia, who was THE most qualified person we could possibly have worked with. More
