I stopped in dealership about 8:30 am the day after the SUV was advertised , they allowed me to look at it before they had it ready ,I came back at 2:30 pm they had it looking awesome so I could test drive SUV was advertised , they allowed me to look at it before they had it ready ,I came back at 2:30 pm they had it looking awesome so I could test drive it , the salesman and the finance guy were super nice guys to work with ,when I left the dealership that day ,about 8pm, I was driving my new used SUV home , they had the inside cleaned ,outside looking super nice ,inspected, registration sticker on it, insured and plates on it (the same day l looked at it) , I thought that was pretty amazing , the dealership did an awesome job getting it ready so I could take it home that day. More

I had a very poor experience and I will no be going back there. I informed the service person that I am having a problem with the car shutting down. After looking at my car , he informed me that if I chang there. I informed the service person that I am having a problem with the car shutting down. After looking at my car , he informed me that if I change the belts it should fix the problem. It was expensive but after it was done and I was ready to drive away, he informed me that the reason the car was shutting down was because the cable to the battery was loose (and it would has cost nothing to fix). I also found someone had gone through my glove compartment, some items were left out. More
