Car was taken on time for the required service.Service advisor was cordial and answered all my questions. The service was completed on time. Service team was kind and respectful and had good follow through. I own my 2008 S80 and about 4 months ago my AM radio simply stopped working (FM does work). I brought my S80 into Volvo for my tire valve t through. I own my 2008 S80 and about 4 months ago my AM radio simply stopped working (FM does work). I brought my S80 into Volvo for my tire valve to be repaired ($165) and asked them to "reset" or get my AM radio to work again. Vovlo called and said they could fix my am radio for $980. I am MORE than disappointed with Volvo. Seriously $980 to make the am radio work. I guess I will live without am radio but honestly I am disappointed. More

Palisades Volvo is a great dealership. I bought my car there in 2005 and have it serviced there regularly. The staff is very friendly and the repair and service work is excellent. And I usually don't request a loaner car, but they are very gracious about giving me a ride to work after dropping off my car. I was extremely impressed at my most recent service when they recommended that my brake pads actually had more life in them and that they did not need replacement just yet. I was surprised at such honesty when they could have just said, "Yes, replace them" and made more money off me. I would recommend this dealer for servicing a Volvo. More

They provided a loaner car on less than a week notice which was good. Jeff was very prompt in returning calls and was professional. The vibration problem that I was experiencing was properly repaired. which was good. Jeff was very prompt in returning calls and was professional. I expect to pay a bit more at the dealer and am fine with that, but their price per tire was about $50 more than Tirerack. So even taking into account shipping it was probably an extra $140 for the set of 4, plus $30 each for mounting and balancing which is a bit on the high side. Bottom line though is the repair appears to have been done right. More
