Buying a new car at Pallotta Ford was an exceptional experience. Normally for me, buying a new car has the equivalent attraction of going to the dentist for a root canal. The hassle and haggling over price make it a complete headache. That was NOT the case at Pallotta. The salesman, Jim Crandall, was informative and definitely NOT PUSHY. That's a perfect combination! The sales manager, Larry Wood, was professional and genial and definitely not trying to pull a fast one on price. Everyone at this dealership did an outstanding job in presenting their product and in treating me fairly and honestly. A real rare experience in the auto industry! I recommend Pallotta Ford to anyone wanting an enjoyable and satisfactory new car buying experience. More
They sent me a request to buy my wife's vehicle because they need 7 Mariners. They said vehicle could be worth up to $17,700 and in some cases more. The vehicle had all maintenance, no smoking, female driver, original owner, and is in good to very good condition. It had a few chip marks on front that would be normal. They stated that this was no gimmick and that it did not matter whether I bought another new car from them or not. We had to drive over an hour to this dealer and we have taken two cars because we believed they were sincere. Sales manager drove vehicle and they gave me a paper and said $15,500. Don't believe their adds it is a gimmick. A local Ford dealer previouly sent me a the same type of request for my husband's 2006 Mustang and they gave (local dealer) him more than what was stated on their add. More

The service given,and attention to details of my wants/demands from the sakesfolks @ Pallota were better that all other dealerships comb two others. I was given the trade in value I wanted for my car, and the process went extremely smooth. Melissa(Williams)handled the financing, again everything went smooth. The dealership caught my attention with their advertised low price. When I contacted the dealership by phone they were informative, friendly, and responsive to my questions. I had been looking for a new Toyota Tacoma but the Toyota dealers were not finding what I wanted. Looking on Autotrader.com I found Palotta Ford had a very nice used 2010 Tacoma TRD Sport Access cab with onl dealers were not finding what I wanted. Looking on Autotrader.com I found Palotta Ford had a very nice used 2010 Tacoma TRD Sport Access cab with only 20,000 miles. My wife and I stopped in at Palotta the next Saturday morning and were greeted by Jim Crandall. Jim was very nice to us and let us take the Tacoma for a ride. We liked the truck very much. I asked Jim for his best deal and he really came through, giving us a very nice discount from list price and a very good trade value for my old truck. No pressure, no 30 trips to the Sales Managers office, just an easy transaction. I picked up the truck the next Thursday. Jim made sure it was detailed nicely and Melissa was great with the paper work. Thanks to all of the Palotta team and especially Jim and Melissa. More
