Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience at Pallotta Ford. The only reason they get a "good" on quality of work is that the detailing of our new Mustang was a little sloppy, back window was di Pallotta Ford. I worked with more than one employee when I bought my new car. They all worked together to make sure I was well informed and was getting the car I needed and wanted. I was particularly impressed with the pri car. They all worked together to make sure I was well informed and was getting the car I needed and wanted. I was particularly impressed with the price. I had done research on the main Ford website and knew what price I wanted to pay. They offered that price the first time. My husband and I have used the service dept. more than once. After talking to the sales person and him sending me a video of the vehicle stating that there wasn't a spot or rust on the vehicle, I drove 800 miles round trip to look at a rust bucket.
