Complete car transaction in two hours and 20 minutes! Sebastian our salesman was fantastic and took time to give a detailed presentation and being thorough from the start. He didn't make us walk the lot for miles but had us sit and have coffee while he ran around and brought what we were looking for up to the showroom and kept us out of the heat. By the time we got back our trade was evaluated with a fair number given and we were satisfied with the numbers with no back and forth nonsense. We were then handed off to Luis in finance and he presented offers that were better than expected and he didn't try to push hard on extras just a simple offering and suggestions while explaining what we didn't need and why. Overall an actual pleasurable car buying experience with no heavy handed tactics. As we weren't actually planning on leaving with a car we had substantial things in the trade that Sebastian helped transfer and we were gone. Extra mile service and no dreaded haggling and being on the defensive. This was our 3rd dealership we had been to and the experience was far superior.
