Service Department To whom it may concern, I usually do not take the time to write a review about a place but I’m extremely disappointed and upset about To whom it may concern, I usually do not take the time to write a review about a place but I’m extremely disappointed and upset about my experience that it was a must. My step-dad bought a brand-new Toyota Rav4 from this place and with only 400 it started giving him transmission issues. We took it to them and they did not find anything and said it was normal. After a couple weeks it got worse and the car stated shaking and moving when it was in neutral, also every time it is shifted to drive you could hear a loud noise. A video was taken as a proof of the problem. We took it back to the dealership and they said to come back in two days because they did not have a loaner to give him. We went again two days after and they still did not have a loaner for him, we still dropped off the car. A week has passed, and no one has called us about the status of the car or to even give him a loaner. Worst costumer service I have experienced, completely disappointed with the dealership and the experience. Worst service manager I have ever encountered. More

Laurent, the salesperson who was very knowledgeable, first replied to my online enquiry with a video introducing himself and with a very nice offer for the vehicle I was interested in; we made an appointment and upon arriving he took time to answer all my questions and extremely pleasant. I felt comfortable and not pressured. Not only did I get an upgraded model but also he got us a very reasonable price. Of course I bought the car of my dreams. Laurent ensured I was pleased. Additionally Dan the business manager was very helpful and provided me with a price it was extremely reasonable and I could not refuse. Very personable, I saw him talking and getting involved with all the customers. He even called me the next day to make sure I was happy. The building is super modern and comfortable and they even have a barista who makes hot drinks to order. David the finance person worked very hard to get me a low interest loan. I am very very happy with my experience in with my new vehicle. I have been driving only Toyotas for more than 25 years and will continue to do so at Palm Beach Toyota. I could go on and on.
