This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had in our 40 years of marriage. He took us to the Rav4 area of the parking lot and explained the choices of vehicles and their features. After we completed the paperwork for the sale, Michael explained the various features of our new vehicle and even showed us how to use the Sirius program.
