It has been nothing than frustrating to have an inherent issue with the blue tooth quality in a new I bought a Toyota Camry SE less than a month ago. It has been nothing than frustrating to have an inherent issue with the blue tooth quality in a new car. I have been to three dealerships to try and get this fixed unsuccessfully, and will never buy another Toyota again. What i would like to do is commend Greg Asupo and Palm Beach Toyota for their effort and professionalism during my nightmare which is still going on. Yes Toyota does manufacturer a lemon every once in a while, and unfortunately i got stuck with buying a 33000 car that doesn't work like it should. But this dealership deserves an "A" for effort in trying to help me. I am still going back there for them to try and find the problem, but they are nothing but courteous and professional. Greg has kept me in the loop and called me every couple of hours to inform me of the prognosis, and this is what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT. I I would highly recommend their service department over another Toyota Dealer in palm Beach County, Trust me I've had my car at them, and you do not want your car in anyone elses hands than Palm Beach Toyota's Service Department. Amazing experience I drove 3 hours after contacting Alanias and he was so helpful and answered all my questions all day and I asked a lot for three days.
