Detailing guys suck We had a great sales Person, I am very sorry but I can not remember the name of the young gentlemen that took care of us . He did tell us that he was only at your dealership for about 3 weeks. He was good worked with us great personality. We wish him well. 2016 GMC Terrain SLT. But your detail guys suck. We waited 2 hours while they were suppose to be detailing the car. When we received the car its was around 7:00pm. it was dark and we could not see the car that well. but when we looked at the car Friday Morning we found mud on the rooftop of the car by the luggage rack, sand in the back cargo area, finger print's all over the back windows, and the leathers seats in the back had grease all over. I would have to say what did they detail it sure was not our car. More

Stopped to look around and found much more than expected. i had bought my last new car from a dealer up the street but decided to take a look at Palm Chevrolet before going there. Chris Drewry was introduced to me after a short conversation about what I wanted. Began to show me around. After looking several vehicles over we kept passing a used truck that I liked very much. I pointed it out to Mr. Drewry and he told me he could get me into the truck with easy financing. In less than an hour I was the owner of a like new used truck. I am enjoying the truck and completely happy with the whole experience. More

Above and Beyond I have been dealing with your dealership for many years and have bought several vehicles to include 2 Tahoes, 1 Corvette, 1 HHR, and just recently a 2 I have been dealing with your dealership for many years and have bought several vehicles to include 2 Tahoes, 1 Corvette, 1 HHR, and just recently a 2018 Traverse Premier. Paul Geisen has always been my service advisor until he was promoted to Service Manager. On Monday, November 27th, I ran over a pot hole next to the Panera Bread parking lot which blew my left front tire on my Cadillac XTS. I was stranded with the tire completely ruined and no spare available. I walked directly across Highway 200 to the Tire Kingdom, approximately 100 yards from my car to see if they could replace the tire. They indicated they could only replace the tire if I had my car towed across the street or took the wheel and tire off myself and brought it to their store. I then walked over to your dealership and saw Paul in the service department. I explained my situation to him and before even asking for help he volunteered to drive next door to Panera Bread with a jack and remove the wheel and replace the tire. Approximately 40 minutes later I was back on the road. Though through the years I have only dealt with Paul on automotive service issues, he went out of his way to make me feel more like his friend than a customer. Its employees like him that make me feel good about buying vehicles from your dealership. You can trust I will continue to buy and service my vehicles at your dealership as long as you have people like Paul on your staff. More
