Bobbie Sue was our service advisor and she provided prompt and efficient service in our time of need. We have two cars, one had a dead battery in the garage and the other car's battery was almost dece prompt and efficient service in our time of need. We have two cars, one had a dead battery in the garage and the other car's battery was almost deceased, on the same day. I believe a cancellation also worked in our favor, but Bobbie Sue was a huge help and got us in for a battery and an oil change on the day that we really needed the help. Got the car started and into Palm Chevrolet service center on time, but when we got there the battery was done after the car was shut off. Just in Time! She guided us through the whole process. More
Would have given 5 stars but at pickup I arrived in the service office and stood at the service desk occupied by Neil for a full 4 minutes before he even acknowledged my presence. He was having some kind of jovial chit-chat with a service tech nearby, who even pointed at me to let Neil know I was there, and he simply said 'I know' and continued his conversation without so much as looking at me. I guess when he was ready to work he finally asked if he could help me. I have to say this behavior did not make me feel like a priority for him, and perhaps he is better suited for a position that is not customer-facing. The service performed on my car was satisfactory, just did not appreciate being ignored when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. More
