Chuck Elder responded to my online query for a Chevrolet Impala This was by far the easiest and most productive car buying experience that I have had. Chuck Elder responded to my online query for a Chevrolet Impala. We texted back and forth for a week prior to my arriving at the dealership to test drive the vehicle I had chosen. The texting was helpful because I was able to take care of some requests/documents that finance needed prior to my arrival. Chuck was available at my appointment time as promised. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle than the one I originally chose because it was a better deal. (found by Chuck). Chuck was very trustworthy and transparent in the process and was honest with me. He was definitely not your typical "used car salesman".
