Business has brought me to the area, & buying my truck makes it worth being in town. My salesman was Chuck Elder. He actually listened to my concerns & wants, & took the ball. He did speak with management to ensure I was getting what I wanted & that all involved would be happy. He did not disappoint. When I took delivery of my new truck, Chuck had the day off from work No big deal, as Willie Caison stepped up to the plate for Chuck Willie helped make it a seamless transaction. The entire staff is great! Again, I would encourage anybody reading this to make Palm Chevy your 1st stop when car/truck shopping. It will be your only stop. As we all know, the process of buying a car can be very aggravating. Buying from these guys will squash that school of thought. More

J Rod was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, professional, and a gentleman. We also met with Jeff(?) in Finance who was a pleasure to deal with. Don't come here! I took my Corvette in for new tires and the rims cam back severely gouged. The dealership refused to replace them and insisted on refinishing them. I asked to speak to the GM in the hopes of obtaining some kind of extended warranty on the refinished rims and was politely told to " take the top off of that car and enjoy your vehicle." After driving a bit I noticed a vibration and am still waiting for the dealership to make it right. This process started on January 22nd and has not yet been resolved. Very disappointed as I am a Corvette enthusiast and take immaculate care of my vehicle. I would stay away from this dealership. More
